Utils is a collection of PHP libraries and tools designed to support scrappy PHP development. Over the years, the structure of the scripts, websites, and apps I write has been converging more and more. I'm hoping to gradually integrate my best practices and preferences into the Utils library, reducing reliance on third-party code. The hundred-year web service is where it's at.
